This private room is on the rooftop of my building. This space is within the heart of the city and yet peaceful. The AC bedroom has an attached washroom with a king-sized bed, study table, and refrigerator. A flower garden, outdoor seating, a kitchenette, and an outdoor jacuzzi surround the room. The entire floor of 2200 sq ft is for the private use of our guests. Train noise can be heard from my space.
The Location
It is located in the heart of Koregaon Park. The room is very airy and suits the comfort needs of guests coming for leisure of all age groups. The terrace has an outdoor seating area, garden, equipped kitchenette, and open-air jacuzzi. The room has a kingsize bed, television, refrigerator, and a wardrobe.

The whole floor is theirs, including the private room with an attached bathroom, terrace, and outdoor seating area.
Other Things To Note
Keys to the room can be collected from the security guy. There is Strictly no smoking in the room. No visiting guests will be allowed in our apartment. Guests with local IDs are not allowed.

We can comfortably sleep four guests and have two fold-out sofas.

- The property is located on a hill and has beautiful city views.
- The house is well-lit at night so you can be comfortable.
- The electricity rarely goes, but we have inverter backup for the leading lights and fan if needed for up to 6 hours.
- Any groceries, etc. that you may need are available very close to the compound. You can also very easily order Zomato or Swiggy as well.
