This private room is on the rooftop of my building. This space is within the heart of the city and yet peaceful. The AC bedroom has an attached washroom with a king-sized bed, study table, and refrigerator. A flower garden, outdoor seating, a kitchenette, and an outdoor jacuzzi surround the room. The entire floor of 2200 sq ft is for the private use of our guests. Train noise can be heard from my space.
It is located in the heart of Koregaon Park. The room is very airy and suits the comfort needs of guests coming for leisure of all age groups. The terrace has an outdoor seating area, garden, equipped kitchenette, and open-air jacuzzi. The room has a kingsize bed, television, refrigerator, and a wardrobe.
The whole floor is theirs, including the private room with an attached bathroom, terrace, and outdoor seating area.
Keys to the room can be collected from the security guy. There is Strictly no smoking in the room. No visiting guests will be allowed in our apartment. Guests with local IDs are not allowed.
